Dr. Bernhardt is Director of Choral Activities and Professor of Music at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.  He conducts Camerata Isla (select chamber choir) and University Singers (mixed choir of majors and non-majors).   He was Artistic Director of the Corpus Christi Chorale from 2008 to 2015.  He currently serves as music director for the Narada Radio Company, a Coastal Bend audio drama troupe.

 

Dr. Bernhardt has 30 years of experience as a conductor of university, high school, community, and church choirs.  He frequently conducts workshops for high school and church ensembles throughout the US.
